Standing With Israel

Glenn Beck delivered an outstanding monologue discussing why the United States is no longer supportive of Israel. His statement about what country in the Middle East shares the values that we as Americans do. The answer is obviously Israel. Then why are we not standing with them? It's a great question. One that he answers in a reasonable and thoughtful manner. I stand with Israel as well.

  1. Why should we support a racist, apartheid country like Israel?

You do know that's what they are, right?

We ended our segregated society with the civil rights movement. I was there. What are we doing sending aid to a country that is involved in ethnic cleansing of it's Arabic populations and a segregated society enforced by military might?

This couldn't possibly have anything to do with our problem with "Islamic" terrorists, now could it?

    You bet it does.

They want to know who's supplying their oppressor.

The truth is an uncomfortable one...

  2. The Jews aren't flinging rockets into their neighbors backyard without provocation. The Jews aren't saying that the Muslims should be driven into the sea and wiped from the face of the earth. Seems as though 6 million holocaust victims would take issue with your claims of Jewish racism. Seems like they have a reason, nay a right, to stand up for their existence. If that means removing those that seek to destroy them from their own country, and protecting themselves, then yea, I can support that. I'm still waiting for the truth.
