Gateway Pundit via The Daily News reported that the TSA agents forced a 95-year old lady, with leukemia, to remove her diapers. Are you fucking kidding me?
A woman has filed a complaint with federal authorities over how her elderly mother was treated at Northwest Florida Regional Airport last weekend.
Jean Weber of Destin filed a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security after her 95-year-old mother was detained and extensively searched last Saturday while trying to board a plane to fly to Michigan to be with family members during the final stages of her battle with leukemia.
Her mother, who was in a wheelchair, was asked to remove an adult diaper in order to complete a pat-down search.
“It’s something I couldn’t imagine happening on American soil,” Weber said Friday. “Here is my mother, 95 years old, 105 pounds, barely able to stand, and then this.”
Sari Koshetz, a spokeswoman for the Transportation Security Administration in Miami, said she could not comment on specific cases to protect the privacy of those involved.
“The TSA works with passengers to resolve any security alarms in a respectful and sensitive manner,” she said.
Our government continues its assault on the American people. When the hell are people going to wake up? Liberals and conservatives have to get their collective heads out of their asses and understand that we are losing our country. We are losing the battle against the statists. There are big government types on both ends of the spectrum that want to control every aspect of your lives. The freedoms and liberties that were fought and died for are being destroyed. Your way of life is being taken away. Maybe one day you will need state permission to travel by plane. Maybe there will be checkpoints on our highways. Is that what you want? Are you OK with these idiots at the TSA groping your wife? Asking your mother to undress? Stand up. Stand for something besides American Idol.
I am tired of hearing the right bitch about what the left has done wrong and vice versa, when are people going to realize, there is no right and left anymore. There is just the rich and the poor. The rich don't care who is in office, because they are buying the seats anyway and the poor are so busy trying to make ends meat they don't even have time to vote. It is no shock that since 1997 the top 1 percent have increased their average yearly income 4 times and pay 40% less in taxes (as a percentage of income), while the bottom 50% has lost 10% of their income and pay more ( as a percentage of income). Get all of your heads out of your ass. It's true that Republicans continue to want to lower taxes and the Democrats want to raise them, but Reagan, the Republican prophet himself had the biggest corporate tax hike in American history to offset the huge tax break he gave to the richest in this coutry when he lowered the top tax bracket from 72% to 50%. I don't know why the rich complain anyway. Their taxes are almost lower than they have ever been and probably are with all the loopholes, like the last Republican addition, to a bill the democrats brought, to allow the rich to depreciate their private jets in 5 years, even if they take the loan out over 15 years, before they ever pay it off. Thanks for everything the right has done to help America. It seems even the people you hang your conservative hat on these days, Reagan, Bruce Bartlett (the architect of trickle down economics and Reagan's tax break), and Eisenhower raised taxes, Reagan more times in 8 years than any other time in history. The left is weak and doesn't fight anything because they are too busy trying to stay in office fundraising. There is a reason this year the house is only going to be in session 2 days a week. At least when Nancy Pelosi was in office they were in session 4 days a week. Doesn't matter anyway. The democrats won't fight back and even if they did the republicans would filibuster. Dumbest rule ever, make a formal complaint and nothing happens, what happened to reading the encyclopedia for 48 hours with a diaper on to stop something you truly believed would be bad. But that is where it needs to end, the truth is none of these politicians have any principles anyway, they talk a big game about character and values, only to look like Rex Grossman or Tony Romo in the big game, they choke and then bend over, for the next rich man to give him a piece of something.
